Construction underway on several new businesses on Chantilly Parkway.

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Building permits have been secured for several new businesses coming to Chantilly Parkway in the area near Eastchase Parkway in east Montgomery, according to information on the city's open data portal.

The development is slated to include a new gas station, with an estimated building cost of $2 million, a Dunkin' Donuts and an American Deli shop.

The donut store will be located at 10247 Chantilly Pkwy, the gas station at 10251 Chantilly Pkwy, and the deli at 10255 Chantilly Pkwy.

Permits were issued for construction in December.

We're working to find out when each shop is expected to open.

We're also waiting to hear from the Alabama Department of Transportation on whether any additional traffic changes will have to be made due to the new construction.
