MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Two people are facing charges after a man was taken against his will, according to Montgomery police.
Amini Tucker and Keontaye Giles are each charged with kidnapping first degree. Giles is also charged with first-degree extortion.
Capt. Regina Duckett says the charges are related to an incident that took place Friday around 6:45 p.m. in the 200 block of Commerce Street. Officers received a call about a possible abduction and a few hours later, located the suspect's vehicle with the victim and suspects inside.
The victim told officers that he was forced into the vehicle against his will by people he knew. The victim said he was then forced to withdraw money from his bank account.
