MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Two defendants in the Centennial Hill deadly shooting pleaded guilty to first degree assault.
According to court documents, Jason McWilliams and Taboris Mock pleaded guilty to three counts of first degree assault. Both defendants were also indicted on reckless murder counts, which were dropped in both cases.
Both will be sentenced individually in the coming weeks.
Glenn Thomas, also known as the rapper Doe B, Kimberle Johnson, and Timnarious Hamilton were killed in a December 2013 shooting at the Centennial Hill Bar and Grill. Defendant Darius Thomas pleaded guilty to three counts of murder in December 2017 and was sentenced to 85 years in prison.
In 2014 investigators said Thomas was upset with Doe B for refusing to get him into the club that night.
