Man injured in shooting Sunday afternoon

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - A man was shot in Montgomery Sunday afternoon.
According to Montgomery Police Department Lt. Andre Mitchell, the victim sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound while in the 3700 block of Norman Bridge Road. He was taken to the hospital for further treatment.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation.
