MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - The Montgomery Police Department is investigating a Friday morning shooting that left two teens injured.
Details are limited, but MPD spokesman Sgt. David Hicks says the shooting happened in the 3500 block of Princeton Road before 11:30 a.m. Princeton is located on Montgomery's west side near the Boulevard.
The teens, both male, were taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Hicks said an investigation determined that the teens were handling a firearm when it accidentally discharged.
