Well-Known Montgomery Businessman Dies

One of Montgomery's most well-known businessmen has died.

Bill Brewbaker, Chairman of the Board at Brewbaker Motors, died Monday at a local hospital.

He suffered from Lymphoma, a type of cancer that attacks the lymph nodes, for the last three years.

Brewbaker worked at the car dealership his father founded back in 1939 until the day he died.

He is survived by his wife, three children -- including former state representative Dick Brewbaker -- and thirteen grandchildren.

He was just one week short of his 74th birthday.

Funeral services will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church at noon Thursday, January 24th.
