MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - It’s official! Potential Tropical Cyclone Sixteen now has a center of circulation, meaning it is considered a Tropical Storm. Nestor is still churning in the Gulf and gaining a bit more momentum as it quickly moves towards the Florida Panhandle; while it’s a system we will be monitoring closely, the impacts will be minimal to Alabama when compared to other spots.
