MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - The Montgomery Police Department is currently investigating a report of an alleged sexual assault that involved a juvenile and occurred at a Montgomery school.
The Montgomery Police Department's Special Victims Bureau began its investigation at the school after the allegation was reported on Nov. 30.
Police say that although the investigation is continuing, preliminary evidence does not substantiate the original allegation.
That is all the information that was made available at this time, but MPD did say that the Montgomery Public School System is involved in the investigation.
