Authorities call on theft suspect to turn self in

WETUMPKA, AL (WSFA) - The Elmore County Sheriff's Department is working an active warrant for Dwight Marbury Jr.
He's a suspect in the Aug. 11 theft of cash from a convenience store on the 1600 block of Balm Road in Wetumpka.
After seeing himself on CrimeStoppers, another man, who was apparently the get-a-way driver, came to the sheriff's office and identified Marbury as the thief.
CrimeStoppers is requesting that Marbury immediately turn himself in to any local law enforcement agency.
Anyone who knows the current whereabouts of this suspect is asked to immediately call the police or CrimeStoppers at 215-STOP. Your Tip may lead to a Cash Reward!
